Things to note:
Please be aware that the process to successfully port your number to Kloud9 can take up to 4 weeks. This timeline commences from the day we receive your most recent bill, along with the selected option for your service.
We advise that you should not cancel your existing contract until you receive confirmation from a Kloud9 team member that your number has been successfully ported. Should you prefer to acquire a new number, this condition does not apply.
