The following terms and conditions apply
1. This offer is only available to customers who have registered and signed a Gigabit Broadband Voucher for Kelsall prior to 30th April 2023.
2. This offer is only available for broadband subscriptions, for clarity this offer is not available for our VoIP subscriptions.
3. This offer is only available to one person per address.
4. There are no up-front fees on standard installations. *
5. Customers must sign-up for a fixed term period of minimum 18 months.
6. Customers may not end their contract before their 18-month period.
7. Customers will not be able to downgrade to a lower package during the 18-month period.
8. Customers may upgrade to a higher package at any time.

10. These terms and conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
* Engineers will select the most appropriate location of fibre entry to the property. Your install includes a 3-metre connection from the external wall box to your router position. Your install fee is covered by the Government voucher.
